Profile

María joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, María worked in the M&A and Tax departments of two well-known national law firms.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

María works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area, where she advises both national and international clients on all types of corporate and commercial matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and advising investment funds and start-ups on investment round processes. Prior to this, María gained experience in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration and Competition Law practice areas.
