María José Riofrío Casajoana joined Pérez-Llorca in July 2019. Prior to this, she worked as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department of an international firm after carrying out compulsory work experience as part of the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession in the Real Estate department of a renowned international firm.

Experience
María José works in Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area, on both civil and commercial matters. She has experience advising domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and investment banks on matters related to commercial contracts, real estate transactions, leasing, civil liability and insurance, as well as on insolvency-related matters, advising both creditors and the insolvent party, on declarations opening insolvency proceedings and the purchase of production units.
