Mariana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
Prior to this, Mariana completed internships in prestigious law firms in Spain and Mexico, specifically in the areas of employment and commercial law.

Mariana is currently working in Pérez-Llorca’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice.
So far, she has focused on advising domestic and international clients on employment law matters related to day-to-day business issues, such as dismissals, sanctions, claims of rights, among others.
In addition, Mariana provides legal assistance on administrative conciliations before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service.
