Mariana joined Pérez-Llorca’s Lisbon office as a lawyer in 2024. She practices in Corporate and M&A, providing legal assistance to clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, and private equity.

Before joining the firm, Mariana developed her professional career as an associate in the Corporate and Financial Department of a renowned international law firm.

Studies:

• 2018 – Master’s in Law and Management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
• 2016 – Law Degree from Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Mariana is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Experience

Mariana has focused her professional activity on advising cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, and corporate reorganizations, with a special emphasis on the Retail, Technology, Hospitality, and Energy sectors.

Her experience also includes financing and restructuring operations, both nationally and internationally, as well as advising Portuguese banks in credit intermediation operations.
