Profile
Mario H. Maldonado joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2023 from a well-known international law firm, where he worked for more than five years. Prior to this, he developed his career in two litigation boutiques and in another international law firm.

Experience
Mario has more than eight years of experience in providing white collar crime advice to individuals and legal entities. He has worked before the main criminal courts in all types of proceedings, in both macro and complex cases.
He has also focused part of his career on the implementation, development and review of compliance programmes. He has also provided extensive advice on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and is now a registered external expert before SEPBLAC.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Mario has lectured on criminal liability for occupational accidents in Employment Law courses at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as part of both the undergraduate Law Degree and the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, respectively.
