Miguel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a lawyer in the firm’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area.
Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Miguel was an associate at a renowned corporate law boutique in Portugal, where he worked in the Employment and Litigation department.

Experience
Miguel has more than 10 years of experience advising on employment law matters.
Over the last 10 years, Miguel has advised on all matters relating to employment law, compensation and benefits, both in the context of day-to-day employment advice and in disciplinary proceedings, dismissal proceedings, whether for just cause, collective dismissals or redundancies. Miguel also has extensive experience in employment litigation and restructuring processes and has participated in numerous employment audits and due diligences.
