Mónica joined Pérez-Llorca in December 2018. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked for over two years in the Procedural and Insolvency Law departments of a prestigious Spanish firm.

Studies:

• 2017 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
• 2015 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

She speaks Spanish and English

Experience

Mónica has experience in all kinds of civil and commercial litigation proceedings in matters related to banking law, corporate conflicts, breaches of contract, unfair competition and financial securities. She has taken part in providing advice to creditors, communications of insolvency claims, challenges to reports issued by insolvency administrators and the negotiation and signing of insolvency agreements.
