Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2019. He completed his work experience for the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the firm and provided services at an English multinational.

While at university, Pablo completed work experience in a reputable Spanish firm, in the White Collar Crime and Investigations department.

Experience

Pablo is a member of the Public Law and Litigation department in the Madrid office, specialising in civil and commercial litigation. He currently advises all types of clients in both the pre-litigation and litigation phases, handling a large number of proceedings and drafting all types of pleadings, claims and appeals at all stages of the proceedings. He also specialises in the enforcement of both judicial and non-judicial instruments.

Pablo has extensive experience in banking litigation, rebus clauses, construction and service leases, franchise agreements, antitrust damages claims and mortgage registration, among others, representing both individuals and legal entities.

Additionally, he has a wide variety of experience in the written and oral defence of his clients’ interests before courts all over Spain.
