Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. Prior to joining, he worked at two prestigious international firms, in offices in Madrid and Luxembourg.

Studies:

• 2018 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Law in Regulated Sectors (specialisation in banking and financial regulation), Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
• 2017 Joint honours degree in Law and Business Administration, CUNEF

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Experience

Pablo specialises in banking and finance law, as well as debt capital markets law. He has participated in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions including syndicated and bilateral loans, fund finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance.

Pablo also has experience in respect of issues of debt securities, securitisation transactions and different types of debt restructurings.

He has advised a broad variety of clients, including fund managers, banks, foreign investors and large national and international groups.
