Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in June 2021. He previously worked in the Madrid office of a prestigious international firm.

He speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Pablo is an expert in insolvency and restructuring law, as well as finance law. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and homologation of restructuring agreements, in the purchase of non-performing loan portfolios, issuances of convertible debentures, and M&A transactions in pre-insolvency and insolvency situations.
He has advised a variety of different clients including listed companies, major domestic groups, foreign investors, funds and banks.
