Paola Vegazo Rico joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2024. Prior to this, she worked at a big four firm for three years.
Studies:
- 2021 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession, Universidad a Distancia de Madrid (UDIMA)
- 2019 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M)
She speaks Spanish and English.
Experience
Paola specialises in employment and social security law. She provides services in different areas of the employment law field, including advice on due diligence of Spanish and international companies, ongoing employment law advice on matters such as dismissals, penalties, substantial modification of working conditions, company succession, senior management, as well as collective bargaining procedures. Paola also has experience in representation before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service.
