Patricia joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining, Patricia worked in various courts and tribunals.

She speaks Spanish, French and English.

Experience

Patricia is currently part of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice area, where she is involved in advising domestic and international clients on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investment rounds and other corporate matters. Previously, Patricia has worked with the firm’s Competition and Litigation teams.
