Patricia joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining the firm, Patricia worked for a national law firm and a boutique firm specialising in insurance law, as well as for a diplomatic mission based in Colombia.

Patricia is currently working in the Intellectual Property and Technology department, advising national and international companies on digitalization and digital platforms, covering areas such as specific regulations, the protection of intangible assets, data processing, and artificial intelligence regulation. Her expertise includes pre-litigation, litigation, and contractual advice, with a special focus on music, audiovisual, and software law. Additionally, she has worked on the management of administrative proceedings and public policy matters for the video game industry and collective management organizations, as well as on commercial transactions focused on intellectual property, data protection, and technology.
