Profile
Rodrigo Turcios joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2020. Prior to this, he worked in the Corporate department at the Madrid office of an international firm and gained work experience in two other prestigious firms.
Additionally, Rodrigo spent a year (2023-2024) working as an international associate at the Miami office of a prestigious US firm, where he took part in M&A transactions, both within the US and internationally, with a specific focus on Latin American matters.
Rodrigo is currently based in the firm’s New York office.

Experience
Rodrigo works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. He has experience advising Spanish and international clients from different sectors on general aspects of commercial law, private equity transactions, strategic alliances related to corporate law, as well as capital markets transactions. He has also assisted companies with restructuring processes and financing operations.
