Santiago Bertola Longhi joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018 and is part of the Finance practice area. Prior to this, he carried out work experience in the Capital Markets departments at the Madrid office of a prominent international firm and previously gained three months’ work experience in the Procedural Law department of a major Spanish firm.

Experience

Santiago is part of Pérez-Llorca’s Finance department. He advises on transactions involving the issuance of debt instruments, including asset securitisation, structured finance, corporate bonds, regulatory capital, high-yield bonds and debt securities in the mortgage sector, among others.
