Sergi joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021. Prior to this, he worked in the Tax M&A practice of a Big Four firm.

He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Experience

Sergi works in the Tax practice at the firm’s Barcelona office. He has worked on numerous M&A and Real Estate transactions; advising on acquisitions, divestments and corporate and financial restructurings. He also has experience advising on areas such as international tax, tax modelling, sales contracts and special regimes.
