Profile

Sol joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to joining, Sol completed internships at two large Spanish firms, at a European institution’s representation in Spain, at a public affairs firm and at a legal foundation.

She speaks Spanish and English and has knowledge of French.

Experience

Sol is currently part of Pérez-Llorca’s Public Law and Regulated Sectors practices. Prior to this, she has worked in the Litigation, Administrative and White Collar Crime and Investigations practices.

So far, she has focused on advising companies on issues related to public and regulatory law, especially those related to energy law; she has also participated in proceedings before public administrations and before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, as well as in transactions in the energy field and in other sectors subject to special public control or supervision. In addition, she has provided support in criminal proceedings and in the implementation of compliance programmes.
