Pérez-Llorca partners Juan Jiménez-Laiglesia and Andy Ramos, alongside Patricia Manca and Eduardo Abadía, have coordinated the book “Tratado de la Franquicia” (Franchise Treaty), directed by Enrique Ortega Burgos and Luisa Masuet.
In this book, the reader will find a complete and up-to-date review of franchising as a business model.
With a foreword from Reyes Maroto, the Spanish government’s Industry, Trade and Tourism Minister, Andy Ramos, Jaime de Blas, Antoni Frigola, Alejandra González-Concheiro, Alicia Maddio, Álvaro Martínez, Andrea Sánchez, Diego de la Vega, Inmaculada Vigón, Julia Fuentes and María Chávarri, were in charge of shaping the legal content of this book. Other contributors included professionals from PwC, as well as members of the Spanish Franchisers Association and EOB – Fashion Luxury & Retail.
