On 23 November, the Council of Ministers approved and published Royal Decree-law 27/2021, which extends certain measures to support economic recovery, in the Official State Gazette. Among other measures, RDL 27/2021 extends the deadline for liquidity and solvency assistance, the exclusion of financial losses in 2020 and 2021 for the purposes of the dissolution of businesses due to losses, the extension of the moratorium on the obligation to file for insolvency in the case of asset imbalances, as well as the establishment of a clear framework for foreign direct investment in 2022.
