On 17 March, Pérez-Llorca will hold a one-day seminar together with IE as part of their joint Chair for Commercial Law. This presentation will focus on the 2015 Reform of the Spanish Criminal Code: cases of exemption of criminal liability for legal entities.
The act will be opened by Diego del Alcázar, IE President, and then Rafael Catalá, Minister of Justice, and Antonio del Moral, Judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Spanish Supreme Court, will speak. Antonio Camacho, Public Prosecutor on leave of absence and Counsel at Pérez-Llorca, will moderate the debate.
The one-day seminar will take place at the IE Law School on María de Molina, 11 in Madrid from 19:00 to 20:30. Seating for this event is limited.
