Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair on Commercial Law. Takeover Bids: Latest Regulation Changes and Perspectives After the Crisis

On 9 April 2014, Pérez-Llorca and IE will hold a seminar at the Chair which both companies have organised on Commercial Law. The seminar will deal with the latest regulation changes regarding takeover bids and the possibilities that exist post-crisis.
Ángel Benito Benito, General Director of Markets of the Spanish Securities & Exchange Commission (CNMV) and Salvador Montejo Velilla, Secretary of the Endesa board and President of Emisores Españoles will take part as speakers in this new seminar on Commercial Law organised by Pérez-Llorca Chair/IE. Vicente Conde Viñuelas, Partner of Pérez-Llorca will respond to these presentations and Víctor Torre de Silva, professor at IE Law School, will moderate the debate.
The seminar will be held on 9 April from 9:30 to 11:00 in the Aula Magna at IE Law School, located at María de Molina, 11, Madrid.
