The Administrative Review Committee, which was established by the ECB, has been carrying out an important legal activity in the field of the supervision of credit institutions for over two years. The seminar will weigh up how the review mechanism has been operating thus far and what its future prospects are, with the aim of explaining this new reality to both supervised credit institutions and the legal community in general.
Roberto Ugena Torrejón, Deputy Director General of Legal Services at the European Central Bank, and Fernando Pastor Merchante, Lecturer at IE Law School will participate as speakers. Juan Rodríguez Cárcamo, Partner at Pérez-Llorca and State Advocate on leave of absence, will moderate the discussion.
