Speakers at the event will include José Miguel Bueno, Technical Secretary General of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Civil Service and State Advocate; Consuelo Castro, State Advocate General; Pablo García Manzano, Emeritus Judge of the Constitutional Court and Retired Judge of the Supreme Court, specialist in contentious-administrative matters; Javier Moscoso del Prado, President of the Editorial Board at Thomson Reuters Aranzadi and Inés María Huerta Garciano, Judge of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court.
José Ramón de Hoces, Partner of Public Law at Pérez-Llorca, was one of the coordinators of this book, together with José Miguel Bueno, Alberto García, Andrea Gavela, Maria José Sánchez-Andrade, Luis Florencio Santa-María and Lara Vilachá. The foreword was written by Pablo García Manzano.
