The session, which will be split into two parts, will begin with an analysis of the most significant trends and issues that will affect the labour market in the coming months. This section will be led by Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz, both partners in the Employment practice area. It will also cover the latest major judgments from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Spanish Supreme Court and the Spanish High Court.
Following this, Laura Pérez and Isabel Moya, also both partners of this practice area, will lead a discussion panel on the prospects for changes to labour legislation in the coming months in light of the newly formed coalition government.
