The event will begin with the presentation of the 10th Report on Transparency and Good Governance of Foundations by Javier Martín Cavanna, Director of Fundación Compromiso y Transparencia.
Pere A. Fàbregas Vidal, President of the Coordinadora Catalana de Fundacions, and Antoni García Prat, General Manager of the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Foundation, will then discuss the experience of foundations in Catalonia.
The session will be moderated by Ana Ribó and José María de Paz, partners in the Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate practice areas at Pérez-Llorca respectively.
The event will run from 9:00 to 12:00 on 10 April, in the Auditorium at Pérez-Llorca’s Barcelona offices located in the Alta Diagonal Building (Avenida Diagonal 640, Barcelona). Places are limited.
