The session will include contributions from Félix J. Montero and Guillermina Ester, Partners of Litigation and Arbitration at Pérez-Llorca; María Luz Lorenzo, Counsel of the same practice area, as well as from Mercedes Romero y Fernando Bedoya, who are also lawyers from the Litigation and Arbitration practice area at Pérez-Llorca.
The seminar will cover the first analyses before starting disputes: the arbitration clause and guarantees; the pre-litigious phase: from a procedural and substantive standpoint; the development of arbitration, also from a procedural and substantive standpoint, and finally the interpretation, setting aside and enforcement of the award.
