David Monge, Managing Director of Nexian, will introduce the event. Alex Rayón Jerez, Director of Deusto Big Data, will then discuss the digitisation of internal and external processes, the incorporation of new technologies and collaborative tools in companies, as well as how big data can be used to optimise processes.
Lastly, Fernando Ruiz, Partner of the Employment practice at Pérez-Llorca, will comment on the legal aspects of digitising HR departments. He will focus on the legal implications of using business apps on an employee’s private mobile phone, digitally monitoring workers, as well as whether there are legal limitations to digitising a company’s HR department.
