The event will be split into several segments. Speakers will include Antonio López Melgarejo, Representative of the Technological Investigation Department of the National Police; Anthony Ferrante, Senior Managing Director and Head of the Cybersecurity practice at FTI Consulting; Ana María Martín, Representative of the Office of Public Prosecution in charge of this office’s fight against cyber-crime; Javier Ybarra and Sara Muñoz, Director of Financial and Professional Lines and Head of the Cyber Department at Marsh respectively; Juan Palomino, Senior Associate of the White Collar Crime practice at Pérez-Llorca; and Laura Ruiz, Senior Associate of Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Mercedes Romero, Partner of Litigation and Arbitration at Pérez-Llorca, will moderate the debate.
