Seminars on Public Law

On 4 February, the first of the Study Seminars on Public Law will be held, under the title 'Guiding principles for common administrative proceedings and the public sector legal system'.

José Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Founding Partner of the firm, will open each of the seminars. The speakers at this seminar will be Tomás Ramón Fernández Rodríguez, lecturer in Administrative Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and David Mellado Ramírez, State Advocate and Technical Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.

After a coffee break, there will be a round table on the new principles that guide court procedure and the operation of the Public Sector. Moderated by Marina Serrano, State Advocate on leave of absence and Of Counsel of Public Law at Pérez-Llorca, the debate will involve the following participants: Elena Veleiro, State Advocate on leave of absence and Of Counsel of Public Law at Pérez-Llorca, as well as Beatriz García, Fernando Mingo, Charles Coyle and Natalia Olmos, Lawyers at Pérez-Llorca.

The seminar will be held from 9am to 2:30pm in the Auditorium of Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid headquarters, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
