The specialists that will participate in the seminar include Rodrigo Buenaventura, General Director of Markets at the CNMV; Aurora Martínez Flórez, Professor of Commercial Law at UAM; Sara Sánchez, a lecturer at IE Law School and Javier Carvajal, Partner at Pérez-Llorca. The session will be moderated by Francisco León, Professor of Commercial Law and Of Counsel at Pérez-Llorca.
The speakers will analyse the main aspects of the reform along with other specific issues such as implementing the regulation on market abuse in the context of takeover bids or market investigation, in addition to considering the rationale of this regulation, which is crucial for the proper functioning of European securities markets.
