Francisco León, Professor of Commercial law and Of Counsel at Pérez-Llorca will begin the session with Javier García Marrero, Senior Commercial Judge on leave of absence and Counsel at Pérez-Llorca.

Covering the debate from both a corporate and litigation perspective, speakers will include Pablo González Mosqueira, Partner of Corporate Law at Pérez-Llorca and Fernando Bedoya, Senior Associate of Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice area. The debate will be moderated by Julio Lujambio, who is also a partner of Corporate Law at Pérez-Llorca.
