Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz, Partners of the Labour practice area, will explore the latest and most relevant judgments of the European Court of Justice, the Supreme Court, the National criminal and administrative court, and the High Court of Justice of Madrid.
Following this, there will be a discussion on the impact that the future new directive on trade secrets could have on work relationships and its value in avoiding situations of unfair competition on the part of workers. The debate will be moderated by Javier García Marrero, Counsel and Judge on leave of absence specialised in commercial matters, and Maria Eugenia de la Cera, Senior Lawyer of the Labour practice area.
