New “Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update” Seminar

On 6 June, the Pérez-Llorca Labour law team will hold another ‘Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update’ seminar.

In this second session of 2018, Daniel Cifuentes and Fernando Ruiz, Partners at Pérez-Llorca, will discuss recent judgments that affect the labour market. Laura Pérez, an associate at Pérez-Llorca, will speak about the possible impact of the wage gap in Spanish companies. The action plans foreseen by the Labour and Social Security Inspection Authorities in this area will be analysed, as well as the various instances of wage inequality in companies in view of the most recent judgments. Lastly, the tools that the companies can use to fight the wage gap and avoid penalties will be reviewed.
