On 6 June, Pérez-Llorca will hold another 'Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update' seminar.

Our Labour law team will review the most significant judgments from the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court and the National High Court.
In the second seminar of the year, Fernando Ruiz and Daniel Cifuentes, Labour Partners, will analyse the recent rulings of the Supreme Court which have rejected the need to keep a record of the working day of the entire workforce, as well as the possible scenarios that this poses.
After this first analysis, the role of interns in companies and how they differ from unreported employment relationships, a very topical issue, will be discussed.
The seminar will run from 9:15 am to 10:45 am in the Auditorium at our Madrid headquarters located at Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
