On 4 October, the Pérez-Llorca team will hold another 'Pérez-Llorca Labour Law Update' seminar.

As is customary, Daniel Cifuentes, Partner of the Labour Law Department, will review the latest and most notable judicial decisions of the European Court of Justice, the Supreme Court, the National High Court and the High Court of Madrid.
After this analysis, Fernando Ruiz will reflect on the new obligations and the practical implications for businesses arising from the Labour Inspectorate’s recent Guidelines 3/2016 on supervising compliance with the regulations on working hours. In particular, he will discuss overtime and the implementation of systems to record the working day.
The seminar will run from 9:15 am to 10:45 am in the Auditorium at our Madrid headquarters located at 50, Paseo de la Castellana.
