Inmofondos is the benchmark event on real estate investment in Spain, in which over a hundred national and foreign investors, including funds, SOCIMIs (Spanish REITs), family offices, property owners and property managers meet to analyse the current situation and future market performance and to identify new real estate investment opportunities.
The event was inaugurated by José María Álvarez, Chairman of Cesine Editorial, and José Luis García-Manso, Pérez-Llorca Real Estate partner, who then gave the floor to José Carlos García de Quevedo, Executive Director of ICEX – Invest in Spain.
The first round table debate focused on the subject of “Prospects for Real Estate Investment in Spain and challenges for the investor in 2016”. In the second round table, led by investment funds, the topic was “Current profitability of the real estate market: investment funds, SOCIMIs and family offices”.
