Alberto Ibort and Ana Cremades, Pérez-Llorca Partner and Counsel, respectively, analyse the main aspects of the bill on Climate Change and Energy Transition which the Council of Ministers agreed to submit to the Spanish Parliament for processing on 19 May 2020.
