The event, organised with the International Insurers Club, will be divided into several parts. Juan Arsuaga, President and Managing Director of Lloyd’s Iberia, will open the event. Then, Laura Ruiz, Senior Associate of Pérez-Llorca’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, will analyse new types of D&O insurance from a legal perspective.
María Victoria Valentín Gamozo, Deputy Manager of Financial Lines at AIG, will follow this by speaking about the rise in the D&O insurance claims rate, from the insurers’ perspective. To close the event, María Belén Pose, Director of the Legal Department at Arag, will discuss D&O insurance in the courts and the latest case law developments.
