The topic that will be discussed on this occasion will be: “The evolution of deductions in respect of software activities and the taxation of indirect costs linked to R&D&I”.
The discussion panel will include Juan Manuel Garrido, Deputy Assistant Director General of the Sub-Directorate General for Promotion of Innovation, of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness and Manuel Olea, Deputy Assistant Director General of the Sub-Directorate General of Legal Regulation of the AEAT, of the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, who will be joined by Fernando Bonastre, Director of Fiscal Affairs for Spain and the European Union at Repsol, and José Tomás Romero, Head of Innovation at AMETIC. The event will be presented by Víctor Tarruella, CEO of Euro-Funding Advisory Group, and Pérez-Llorca’s Tax partner, Clara Jiménez.
