This new session, which will take place on Tuesday 20 October, will review the most recent and relevant judicial decisions of the Supreme Court, the National High Court, and the High Court of Madrid.
Following this, a debate will be held on the question “Should the time dedicated to travelling to or for work count as working hours?”, subsequently reviewing the sentence of the High Court of the European Union of 10 September 2015.
The session will take place on 20 October 2015, from 09:15am to 10:30am, in the auditorium of Pérez-Llorca’s Madrid headquarters, located on Paseo de la Castellana, 50.
