José María Campos, Legal Director of the CEOE, will present the session. Luis Enrique Fernández and Adriana of Buerba, partners in Pérez-Llorca’s Employment and White Collar Crime & Investigations practices respectively, will then discuss the Whistleblowing Directive and the new obligations for Spanish companies.
Fernando Ruiz, a partner in the Employment practice at Pérez-Llorca, will then comment on the main aspects of the whistleblower’s legal and labour protection.
Finally, Luis Enrique Fernández and Adriana of Buerba will explain how to carry out an investigation following a complaint made through the company’s complaint channels.
