With the objective of providing a practical overview of how the financing of litigation works for insolvency professionals, speakers will include Armando Betancor, Insolvency Administrator and Partner at Alas Abogados; James Blick, Director of TheJudge; and Ignacio Delgado of Therium Capital Management.
The session will be presented by Javier García Marrero, Counsel of Litigation and Arbitration at Pérez-Llorca and Senior Judge on leave of absence. The debate will be moderated by Laura Ruiz and Fernando Bedoya, lawyers in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area of Pérez-Llorca.
