On 25 March, Royal Decree 198/2015 was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), which implements article 112 bis of the Consolidated Text of the Water Act and regulates the fee for the use of inland waters for the production of electricity in inter-community districts (“RD 198/2015” or “RD”).
