The new Consolidated Text of the Land and Urban Regeneration Act (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Suelo y Rehabilitación Urbana) approved by Royal Legislative Decree

On Saturday 31 October 2015, the Land and Urban Regeneration Act (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Suelo y Rehabilitación Urbana or “TRLSyRU”) came into force, which is the new state-level reference text for land planning.
