On 1 September 2024, the latest reform of the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) in relation to proceedings before the Court of Justice (“CJ”) and the General Court (“GC”) entered into force, which mainly concerns the preliminary ruling procedure, but also includes significant amendments to the admissibility of appeals and some minor general amendments, with the aim of increasing transparency and introducing certain adaptations in relation to the use of videoconferencing, the broadcasting of oral hearings and anonymity
