Today, 23 December 2021, Law 7/2021, of 1 December, to promote the sustainability of the Territory of Andalusia comes into force, approved by the plenary session of the Parliament of Andalusia on 25 November 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Andalusian Regional Government number 233 of 3 December.
The LISTA law expressly repeals eight legal provisions that until now regulated spatial and urban planning in Andalusia.
