    On 25 March 2025, the Preliminary Draft Organic Law amending Organic Law 10/1995, of 23 November, on the Criminal Code, for the purpose of transposing Directive (EU) 2024/1226 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2024 on the definition of criminal offences and penalties for the violation of Union restrictive measures was approved.
