We present the second edition of Pérez-Llorca's Brussels Insights 2024.
On this occasion, we analyse:
- The new European Defence Industrial Strategy presented by the European Commission at the beginning of March;
- the State Aid Scoreboard 2023 together with some of the proposals for improving the State aid system formulated by Enricco Letta in his report “Much more than a market. Speed, security, solidarity: Empowering the Single Market to deliver a sustainable future and prosperity for all EU citizens”; and
- the judgment of the Grand Chamber of the CJEU, Heureka Group (Comparateurs de prix en ligne), on the limitation period for actions for damages for infringements of Competition law, bringing together the various rulings in this area and a new pending preliminary ruling.
