Juan Rodríguez Cárcamo, partner at Pérez-Llorca, was appointed a new member of the Permanent Delegation to the Court of Justice and the General Court of the European Union and the EFTA Court by the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE). His experience as State Attorney in the Spanish State Legal Service before the ECJ and his current practice in the firm in various proceedings before these courts have prompted his appointment. The functions of the Delegation include reporting on draft legislation governing the activity of these courts as well as representing the position of European lawyers on questions raised in the European jurisdiction. Rodríguez Cárcamo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2011 as Counsel in the Public Law practice and was made partner of the firm in 2013.
