Pérez-Llorca continues to pursue its strategy of growing and strengthening its different practice areas with the arrival of Cristina Vidal as a new Financial Services partner in Madrid. Vidal, a renowned expert in financial regulation and securities markets, joins the firm in response to the growing demand for specialised advice from national and international clients in a context of increasing regulatory complexity.
Cristina Vidal, a state advocate on leave of absence, has been working in the sector for over 20 years and has extensive experience advising financial institutions, fund managers, insurance companies and companies in the FinTech sector on regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters.
